While you fill it in
Your draft stays in this page’s memory. It is not automatically saved or uploaded. Closing the form keeps it in the current page; refreshing or leaving the page clears it.
When you send it
“Send to clinic securely” uploads your form or enquiry only after you give consent. It travels over HTTPS. The server encrypts its contents using AES-256-GCM before saving them in the clinic’s Neon database. The encryption key is held separately from the database.
This protects stored form contents. It is not end-to-end encryption: the New Health application and authorised clinic staff can decrypt submissions to review them for your care. Staff access requires sign-in. Access to submitted forms is recorded without copying their contents into the access log.
Where it goes
The website uses Vercel to process submissions and Neon to store encrypted forms. Sending a form, appointment enquiry or supplement enquiry places it in the clinic’s staff inbox. It does not confirm an appointment, send an email or transfer it to Cliniko.
The clinic keeps submitted forms for its records. Contact reception about access, corrections or a request to delete information. Clearing the form on your device does not delete a submission already received by the clinic.
Your downloaded PDF
PDFs are created on your device. They are not password-protected or encrypted PDF files. Keep downloads somewhere private and take care when sharing them.
Other website features
The sample shopping bag is saved on your device. Appointment and supplement enquiries use the same encrypted submission service. Answers from the consultation guide are included only when you choose to send an enquiry. Product enquiries do not place orders or take payment. The site does not use analytics or marketing trackers. Some fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; external links have their own privacy practices.
